Andrew,

I hope everything has been going well since we last spoke, I finally have slowed down enough to be able to send you a proper thank you for all you did and all the help you were during our home buying process.  You let us know everything we could expect, ask for all to documents at one time so I wasn't constantly returning to bring in copies and you were bery professional and personable in everything.  With all the little surprises at the end you helped out and made sure we took care of everything so it went as smooth as possible, the fact you brought out the underlayment and crawled under my house with me is so far above and beyond that I will always recommend you and have in fact done so and I will be happy to recommend you to anyone in any way I can. 

Thanks again for you help and if there is ever anything I can do in return let me know.  It was a pleasure to work with someone of you caliber.

Let me start by saying, What a wonderful Christmas we will have this year in our New HOME.

Since we had been renting for what seemed like forever, I began to believe all them "nay" sayers.  I am just glad you were a "yea" sayer.  When my friend, Ann told me about you and what you had done for her it really gave me hope.  Thank goodness she sent me your way.

In the past I was informed by several professionals that if I were to buy a home I would have to put down anywhere from 5% - 10%.  I couldn't do that; even if I could, I wouldn't have any money left to paint the walls my colors.  I wouldn't have any money to do whatever I wanted to do to fix up th house to my taste.  Then you come along and show me a way to get a loan for our new home for only $1500 down.  Now that we could do.

We are now in our new home thanks to your dedication to see this through.  Again, before others always told us that we couldn't get this done because of a few dings on our credit report.  You told us that my credit was not an issure that you could not overcome, and for that I say thank you.

Well Ann was right!  Not only did you get us in our new home before Thanksgiving, but we only had to pay $1,281 at closing.  I've got to know, what can you do for my mom?
